In this Parking Permit, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them.

• A minimum transaction of AED 500 will be needed to avail EPP plan. • Once transaction has taken place, call 600 575 556 to place an EPP request. Alternatively, login to Commercial Bank of Dubai’s mobile app, locate the transaction under EPP section and convert it in to EPP. When the bank card • The EPP approvals will be at the discretion of Commercial Bank of Dubai i.e making payments on time. • EPP is processed within 1-2 working days and confirmation is sent via SMS/Email from the bank. • In case of EPP request is declined due to not meeting the criteria mentioned in step 3, the bank will inform the customer on the same.
